Please tell me about Paramedical course...
Paramedical courses are professional courses related to the healthcare sectors, such as nursing, medicine, and pharmacy. These courses prepare the students to become qualified healthcare professionals.
The courses which support medical work but do not require a fully qualified doctor (such as nursing, radiography, emergency first aid, physiotherapy etc are called as paramedical courses. These can also be termed as emergency or pre-hospital services. There are diploma paramedical courses as well as degree courses too. AIIMS conduct their own entrance test for paramedical courses. There are diploma paramedical courses after completing 10th and paramedical certificate courses too. Some paramedical courses are very famous such as nursing, Diploma in O.T Technician, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technique, B.Sc in Radiotherapy and many more.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Diploma
3. Certificate
Since you mentioned BPT in your tag, I am assuming you want to pursue physiotherapy.
So, BPT which is basically Bachelor of Physiotherapy, is a 3 to 4 year long programme (depends on college).
Eligibility:
Completion of 10+2 in science stream (PCB) or equivalent exam. There is no minimum percentage as each college has it's own set percentages and rules.
Admission:
The notice for admission process may be put up on the website, in the college or in the hospital as well (as in my college's case).
Usually, the admission is based on 12th standard percentages although some colleges do prefer entrance exams such as NEET and AIIMS Paramedical exam (required by AIIMS colleges).
Counselling:
Once the merit list is prepared according to the cut off, the counselling begins. The authorities allot you a college based on your merit and choice.
Fees:
This depends entirely on the duration of the course and the college of your choice.
Scope & Job Prospects:
The scope for a paramedic is very good as you get job opportunities almost inmmediately. After training, you may get a good offer that involves you working in a hospital in different departments or you could start your own practice.
Some other courses:
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2. Bachelor of Science in Medical Lab Technology
