The syllabus for UPSC exam is quite vast and it offers you to make choices from a wide pool of departments/subjects. So you have to select certain subjects depending upon your way of scoring marks and your grip over the subject. Please mention the subjects you wish to enquire for so I can tell you about the books of those subjects for the UPSC point of view.
