Hello Sahil
Here 2 ways, the easiest ones but are not cheaply affairs.
One is a to join IGRUA(Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Akademy) which conducts it’s own entrance test and those who clear that are invited for an interview, those who clear that are then taken into the course.
Although there is no job security after doing this as this is Ab-Initio course & is costing 32,00,000 INR. The only airline which conducts campus hiring here is Air India, as it’s a govt. institute, which is also not doing campus hiring very frequently and every year.
Another is NFTI’s(National Flying Training Institute) Indigo Cadet Program.
Indigo conducts 2 programs for the same which are Indigo Cadet Program : Domestic Pathways & International Pathways.
It’s a bit costlier than IGRUA, as this course even provides you an Airbus A-320 type rating which is a must to get a job these days in aviation industry.
(A-320 type rating, because Indigo has only A-320 family aircrafts in it’s fleet)
The fees for domestic pathways is 65–70 Lacswhich is inclusive of evrything almost & for international is 85–90 Lacs which is again inclusive of evrything.
