Yes, it is easily possible to get qualifying marks in neet in one month if you put in hard work. As your board exams are done, you should know the syllabus basics atleast.
Now, for biology revise ncert properly multiple times as 80% questions come from NCERT.
In chemistry do organic chemistry, understand it and you can understand the concepts of physical chemistry. Practice a few questions.
Physics requires practice and is difficult to complete in a short time. So, stick to a few topics and do them properly. By this method you can easily get qualifying marks(the qualifying marks change every year and may change this year)

see there is no surety that this year cutoff for pass marks in neet exam will be 120, day by day competition is getting tougher and you need to bring a good score to get admission in tier 1 college for mbbs.
so just concentrate on your study , practice as much as mcq since neet is a mcq based exam, also follow the time management rules.
