No, IITs and NITs do not give the admission in Architecture . NATA stands for the National Aptitude Test for Architecture.

But IIT Roorkee and Kharagpur do provide Architectural courses.But not through NATA Score. They conduct a separate examination AAT (Architectural Aptitude Test) .Only those candidates who qualify JEE Advance can register for this examination.

IITs and NITs have their own entrance test for admission to all undergraduate programs so these colleges don't accept NATA score for admission to B.Arch. or B.Plan. IITs, NITs, SPA and only few other engineering colleges don't accept NATA score. But, there are a good number of institutions nation wide that accept NATA score for admission in B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses

IIT's & NIT's has their own entrance exam to get admission for B.arch program. There is no specific list of IIT & NIT's. But, t here are many institutes in India that accepts NATA score. Here are some institute including IIT , NIT which accept NATA score are :
