plzz help me?? i have only digitally signed obc ncl certificate?? after downloading the format from josaa website what to do?? should i fill on my own or go to tahsildaar office again ???

The answer to your query is Yes you can submit the digitally signed OBC certificate for JOSAA counselling. Due to the ongoing pandemic most of the government documents are issued online and it has digital certification on it and this is being accepted in almost all colleges and institutions.
