Correct Answer: 9
Solution : Pratima can complete typing work separately in = 10 hours Diksha can complete typing work separately in = 15 hours Let total Work = LCM (10, 15) = 30 units Efficiency of Pratima = $\frac{30}{10}$ = 3 units Efficiency of Diksha = $\frac{30}{15}$ = 2 units Pratima does work in 4 hours = 3$\times{4}$ = 12 units Remaining work = 30 – 12 = 18 units $\therefore$ Diksha does remaining work in = $\frac{18}{2}$ = 9 hours. Hence, the correct answer is 9.
