The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, holds the BITSAT Exam, a computer-based entrance examination, every year to choose students for its B.E., B.Pharm., and M.Sc. programmes. This prestigious institute has locations in Hyderabad and Goa (as well as Dubai), and it selects a large number of students to participate in its various programmes through an admission test.
The BITSAT Exam is a three-hour examination. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning are the four components of the test. The questions are objective in nature, with just one right answer. A candidate would receive +3 points for each correct response, whereas a wrong answer would result in a 1 point penalty. Unanswered questions will receive a score of 0.
