I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no private medical college which offers mbbs under 1 lakh , private medical colleges are very expensive and are known to cost you an arm and leg . Private colleges will cost you at least 10 lakhs and if I tell you their fee under management quota then it's around 40 lakhs at least. So , you can not get a private medical college under 1 lakh.
