For state counselling you have to register yourself on state counselling which will be done on bcece website. And then you have to pay the required counselling fees and visit physically for documents verification and then choice filling needs to be done and then allotment will be based on rank and then if college alloted you have to visit college with required fees and documents.

Hello Aman. If you want take admission in government medical colleges in Bihar, you would have to participate in All India Counselling. For that, you need to pay non refundable registration fee of INR 1000 if you belong to the general category and INR 500 for other categories, if you want to take admission in government colleges. For deemed universities, registration fee is INR 5000. Since you have delhi domicile, you will constitute the 15% quota as you are applying in Bihar.
After this, a refundable security fee needs to be paid which is INR 10,000 for UR and 5000 for other categories for government colleges. If you are allotted a college, this amount will be adjusted in your tuition fee. In case of non allotment, it will be refunded after the counselling process. if you are allotted a seat, you will need to visit the college for verification of required documents and payment of fees.
For admission in management seat in private medical colleges in Bihar, you need to participate in Bihar state counselling (BCECE board) by paying non refundable fee of INR 1200 for OC/BC categories and 600 for SC/ST categories. You just need to select your preferred colleges and wait for the results to be out. The procedure after this is the same as mentioned earlier- visiting the college allotted with the documents and provisional allottment letter.
