Recommend Some apriori knowledge,courses I should learn, So that it will be helpful for me while doing Mtech in CSE, As I am an Entc graduate , and don't know alot about programming, but do know about CSE basic subjects.

see in every stream of engineering there is some cse subjects includes according to the latest job market trends, however I should suggest you to brush up c programming, data structures, python, computer networks, discreet mathematics, operating systems subjects before joining in cse, which will really helpful for you before starting your m.tech journey.
