Hello,
500 is a good score and you do have chances of getting admission in some government Medical Colleges in Maharashtra under state quota for UR category.
I have made a list of a few colleges in which you have chances to get admission for MBBS.
1. Shri Bhausaheb Hire Medical College, Dhule
2. Government Medical College, Jalgaon
3. Government Medical College, Akola
4. Shri Vasantrao Naik Government Medical College, Yavatmal
5. Chandrapur Government Medical College
6. Gondia Government Medical College

These colleges had a cut off lesser than 500 in 2018 under state quota for UR category. The cut off marks change every year and therefore, may either increase or decrease depending upon the tie breaking criteria, percentile score, etc. Looking at last year's cut off marks, you have chances to get admission in any of the above mentioned colleges.
Good Luck.
