Hello Shreya,
Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So with 450, a seat in Government Medical Colleges is difficult. And 491 was the cut off for General Category in Private Medical College. So with 400-450, a seat in MBBS is difficult in both Government and Private Medical Colleges. And again 460 was the least score for a seat in BDS. So to be honest, 450 might not get a seat either in MBBS or BDS for you. You will need more than 525. If you can manage 525 atleast, you can get a seat in GMC or Government Quota of a Private Medical College.

Hope this helps,
All the best !
