Hello,
Your marks is 56 in NTA that means your rank probably between 5lakh to 4lakh. Which is very poor dear. In this rank get any government college is very difficult. So getting IIT college chances are very less. So you can try for the next phase of JEE Mains examination which conduct in April 2021. Prepare yourself very hard and get good percentile this time. So you can get IIT college. But in this rank which college you can get which is known from the link below

All the best.
If you want to get a admission in any IIT then you will have to pass the JEE ADVANCED examination with good ranks.
Now to be eligible for JEE ADVANCED you need to be in the top 2,50,000 of the JEE MAINS,2021.
Sorry to say with the percentile you have mentioned, you can expect an rank between 440504 - 495190 which will not make you eligible for JEE ADVANCED'2021.
Now you can improve your score if you attempt the remaining sessions of JEE MAINS,2021.
