Result message is. 'result till not uploaded '. Does it mean not selected?

Hello Tarun,
Result till not uploaded means that university/ college/Board doesn't announced the result for the exam till date. The result will be declared in near future. If you want to know the result is declared of any exam then provide the exam name, i will let you know about it.
