Meenakshi medical college is one of the renowned established private college. The value of degree is same as any other government College but if you in terms of intelligence one has to work very hard to pursue higher than from a government college.
Check MCI about its status. If it is recognised then it's good. As it is private make sure you have strong financial backing.
