Hello,
Academic Qualification required for appeaeing in GATE examination is that Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Masters degree in any relevant science subject.
Candidates applying for GATE 2020 must have completed their Bachelor's degree or must be in the final year of their graduation. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor's degree are required to submit the passing certificate and candidates who are currently in their final year must submit a certificate from their institutes principal.

Hello paresh
You can give gate exams after your graduation, or in 4th year of your engineering. There's no college rule,gate examination is independent from any college, you can check out on careers360 website when gate forms are available.you can also ask your doubts in comments if you need more information about gate.
