Seat acceptance fee's is returnable if you don't go with your 2nd round counseling seat allotment letter. But if you accept your allotment letter or you go for 3rd counselling it's not refundable.

And you said that is it deducted by your college fee's or not, so let you clear it's totally depend on colleges. If you taken admission in government college than you have chance to deducted your fees by showing them seat acceptance fee's receipt copy. But in private or government affiliate private college didn't agree this concept.

I'm a government affiliated private Pharmacy college student, so i knew it very well. They didn't reduce college semester fee's for seat acceptance fee's.

But you can talk to the college account department for private colleges, if they are agree then it'll be deducted from your college semester fee's.
