See if you get the seat allotted by MCC in any of the deemed university and if you want to confirm that seat then definitely you have to pay the seat confirmation fee which is little bit less than the tuition fee and when you report to the college for final acceptance of seat then you have to pay the remaining amount to the college. Note that the amount which you will pay as a seat confirmation fee will be settled down in your college fee so you don't have to pay full college fee after submitting the seat confirmation fee.
In AIQ counselling there are generally 4 rounds, Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round (this round is conducted by institutions itself for vacant seats but some institutions don't conduct this round). So you have to pay non-refundable counselling registration fee and refundable security money before the Round-1 registration and then later on till mop-up round you don't have to pay any fee again until and unless a seat is allotted to you.
