Active voice is the voice where the subject is the doer of the action. When transforming a sentence from the passive voice to the active voice the object of the passive voice becomes the subject in the active voice. Hence, the subject will be "he".

The structure of the active voice is singular subject + has + past participle of the main verb + object + prepositional phrase.
