Semi government means government aided or something else?

Hey Kaushik

Semi government colleges are those private institutions which are aided by the government. These don't exactly come under the list of government colleges. Also, the fees for these will be lower than private institutions but higher than government institutions.

Semi-government colleges are half private and half government.They are known as society colleges as well (different from deemed one's) These colleges are not directly run by government but under the control of government that is not government owned but government aided.
