Service bond in a state is meant for the students who have completed there MBBS to serve the people of the state for a certain period of time.

In Maharashtra the service bond is of 1 year or if you do not want to serve then you have to pay a penalty of 10,00,000( 10 lakh) rupees.

.if required by the government you have  serve the Government of Maharashtra or any Zilla Parishad or any local authority as directed by the state Government for a minimum period of one year

in case of  breach of  condition the whole of the said sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacks only) will be paid.
