The best colleges for BA. Hons Psychology are
1. Lady Shri Ram College (Lsr)
2. Indraprastha College for Women (Ipcw)
3. Jesus & Mary College ( Jmc)
4. Daulat Ram College ( Drc)
5. Gargi College
If you are aspiring to get into Drc, Jmc or Ipcw, Ipcw is best of all these. It's faculty is well-versed, promoting practical knowledge. Second best college is Jesus & Mary College. I'd say try for Lady Shri Ram College, it is undoubtedly best for studying psychology.
