Ashmeet Wahi , From some research on internet I found that its totally depend on you means that if you are dedicated to study for cat then firstly start from yourself and if you are able to study in right way then there is no need of any coaching in future also.

Common Admission Test CAT is a online entrance examination for post graduate course of MBA. Some of the top colleges are IIMs, IIFT, etc.

Basically if you are joining any coaching for CAT you are taught from a scratch as there are many people who have been working and never studied for a long time. So you basics are covered in the beginning.

So you need not have to worry about it unless you are not joining a professional coaching.

You should go for coaching they starts from basics only.

I think that although coaching is not necessary for CAT but it will help you to regularise preparation.

If you get study material of time/cl or other coaching classes then you can work on concepts yourself assuming you are able maintain the rigor and motivation for preparation.

On the contrary , joining a coaching will help you with the strategy for preparation and group study might prove helpful.

But in both the cases it is very important to enroll for atleast 2 mock test series.

I think that a online cum offline hybrid coaching will help in to get the advantage of regularity and flexibility.
