Should I leave JOSAA for MHTCET? I got 98.775 in MHTCET, Im OBC. Do I have any good chances for CSE in CAP rounds? I am getting IIIT Kota CSE in JoSAA.

Congratulations for scoring such great percentile in MHTCET 2021. With this high percentile, you can easily get admission in some of the top colleges in the state. There are chances that you may get admission in some of the top colleges for CS/IT sparing the top 2 or 3. As you are OBC, your chances of securing a better college improve as well.
I still recommend you try for CAP rounds as well as NONCAP rounds as well for the below colleges. If you dont get any of the below colleges for CS/IT, do not leave IIIT Kota
