Moreover, you fall under general category, which eventually decrease your chances to get a seat.. But its not bad to take a chance of participating in the MP NEET counselling..... So, i would advice you to participate in the second round..



But according to me your chances are almost negligible to get a seat in the government medical colleges even under state quota.... . But with this score you can get a Good private college...
