Hi
Actually the question paper pattern of both Neet examination and AIIMS examination is quite different , so if you want to practice AIIMS previous year question paper then yes you can definitely practice them for better understanding and for the clarity of your concepts but
from the examination point of view practicing AIIMS previous year question papers is not very important as the kind of questions which were asked in AIIMS is not asked in NEET examination.
For example,
In AIIMS examination assertion and reasoning types of questions were asked but you won't find that type of questions in NEET as assertion and reasoning is not asked in NEET examination.
So, in short if you are done with your complete syllabus and have enough time then you can go through both aiims and Neet previous year question papers otherwise just going to Neet question papers is advisable
Practising neet papers will help you to understand the examination pattern, types of questions which are asked in exam, and you will also get an idea of the difficulty level of the questions asked in the examination, important topics which are covered in the exam . so that you can accordingly prepare for the exam , you will also get to know your preparation level
You can prepare well using our neet program for which link is provided below
