You dont have any specific need to go for C programming course. There are many free courses available online as well as on Youtube channels who teach beautifully. You can try learning from them and then build your foundation for programming career. However, if you dont have a strong base of the concepts, then it will be difficult for you later in this field

No, coaching is not required of C before doing BTech computer science ,there are many students who do BTech computer science with no prior knowledge of C or any language and even excelled in their BTech degree and get a good job in the placement but if you are eager to learn it then you can definitely go for C or any other language coaching in advance but the thing is in your case

I am sorry to tell you dear but if you are a Biology student and don't have maths then you cannot do BTech computer science .

This is because,

If you want to do BTech computer science then   you should  compulsorily study Maths in your 10+2.

But yes,

You are eligible for B tech like B tech biotechnology only and also not all colleges offer it to Biology students . There are a few College like VIT which offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.

For example,

To be eligible  VITEEE exam for btech biotechnology , one needs an aggregate of at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in 12th board exam or 50 % in aggregate of physics chemistry maths/ biology is belongs to SC or St category

So, both students Math / Biology are eligible for B tech biotechnology in VIT .So being a Biology student you can pursue BTech biotechnology in VIT
