Computer science engineering will be both hardware and software and information technology engineering will be teaching you about mostly the software about 85 % software and 15 % hardware you can say
. So it depends upon you now , both are the good fields to choose and make a career out of it . If you want the knowledge of hardware and software too then you should go for computer science engineering or if you to have the knowledge in the software field mostly then information technology engineering should be your choice.
