Since COMEDK counselling started so late, can we expect 2 rounds of counselling along with an extended round?

Number of rounds depends only the the fact that weather seats are vacant after a particular round of counseling or not.
So since the counseling has started late according to me it is more likely seats won't fill in one round so there will be more than 1 round for sure.
