Unfortunately that is not a possibility, Suhana. Because Insecticides are minute and not the way we see in the TV. So with their minute structure, it is highly impossible to detect Insecticides and pesticides with a naked eye. And what we at home are not good enough to find Insecticides. You will need chemicals to find out the Insecticides and Pesticides in your food and the best way to figure it out is through lab testing only.
