Hello Rohit

There are some eligibilty criteria that you should pass to be eligible for UPSEE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have passed qualifying exam with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category) in aggregate in three subjects. Also, qualifying exam should be passed without grace.
  • Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the institutions located in UP or whose parent(s) are domicile of UP can apply for UPSEE 2019.

So by this we understand that you should have percentage greater than 45% marks in 12th without any grace than only you are eligibe for UPSEE.
