Sir, actually when I had filled my application form I had wrote wrong category so I work on this correction but everytime it shows bad request and invalid captcha after preview and submit and sometimes it also get confirm but i don't get OTP so what can I do ??

Bhakti, please try clearing the Cache, passwords, browsing history, etc. Re start your device and re login. Now try again. This might be a trchnical glitch. Also try making corrections to the application form either during late hours of night or early morning hours so that the traffic is lesser comapritively to the website.
