Dear aspirant!

If health condition it is then firstly it would be best for you to be healthy first.

Secondly have determination . Set up a proper timetable and a goal.

For physics its best for you to thoroughly read ypur textbooks followed by rigorous practice of problems from hc verma or some other practice books.

Practice is all that helps in that subject. So solve the previous years' question papers too.

For chem and biology, studying the ncert textbook is very very important .

Hope this helps and all the best.

Dear Rohit, one day when you realise your dreams and when you are there at the 'Finish line' if you dont have sound health to stand on your feet and enjoy your success, all the years of struggle and waiting goes in vain. It just for nothing that you sacrificed everything in life. So, my first thoughts for you would be just to pick up your health. That should be your first priority. While I do not want to discuss health conditions on a social platform, getting back on your feet should be your first goal. Later strategy for NEET is simple. Follow NCERT books thoroughly and keep practising previous question papers. Concentrate on Biology and Chemistry because their marks are considered in tie break situations.
