Sir, can i do B.tech from another country from any open university rather i am still doing my job after my diploma.?

Dear Faiz,
You are interested in completing B.Tech from an open university, now in India the B.tech courses offered by the open universities are not recognised. This is a course where equal weightage is given to both theory and practical component. So the option of B.tech from an open university is not there.
