The educational qualification for eligibility to Central defense service exam that is CDS exam is

The candidate should be graduate or appearing in the final year of the  same is eligible to apply for CDS exam.

So if you are in final year of your graduation you can apply to this exam.

The CDS exam can be given by only graduate candidates who wants to join the defence forces such as Indian Army,Air force, and Navy. From CDSE you will get admission in IMA,NA and AFA  and OTA academics. Candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam provided they submit a relevant certificate of passing the examination at the time of commencement of course.

so if you are in apearing in final exam of b.e then u are eligible
