You will be glad to know FMS does not put much emphasis on past academic records. CAT score is the major criteria to get into FMS followed by Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Extempore. Nevetheless you need to score exceptionally well to get a call from the institute. A score of 99.2+ is required for FMS.

you got good marks in graduation, to get admission in FMS your marks are good but CAt marks also important to get admission in this.

the criteria to check the score of CAT in FMS is sectional weightage. to know the sectional weightage cutoff I provide a link here-

so to get admission in FMS first you start preparation for CAT exam and secure more than 90%.
