Yes, it is hard but you can try . You can get a chance to seat Ts.pgecet .
eligibility condition related to qualifying examination, age limited, marks scored in the qualifying exam, domicile requirements, etc.
Is Candidates having a valid GATE score will be eligible for admission also . It is also very helpful for you.
