Please do check if your name is in here. If not, it is important to know whether you have selected Tamilnadu as the State of Eligibility at the time of filling the NEET application form. If yes, then your name should be here. If you did not select Tamilnadu, then your name might be missing. Again this list is for those Candidates who have studied in Government Schools of Tamilnadu and are eligible for 7.5 reservation. Please help us understanding if you fall under this Category.

They have released Provisional Merit list and it's not a final list, as per information available on the TN Health website:
The list contains the name of provisionally selected candidates under preferential admission
of 7.5% seats who have studied in State Government Schools and have qualified in
NEET UG-2020. So According to this Please elaborate your Question and provide more details, What you have filled in the application form? Are you a Student of local Tamil Nadu Government School or Not? If Not then you should wait for Final Merit list and if you have filled all the details correctly then your name will appear in the final merit list for sure and still you have any doubt then you can contact to Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling Authorities via Email and Telephone. You can find Helpline Numbers on their Official Website and also in the Counselling Brochure.
