Hello Suraj,
First thing you need to understand is that, Mining and ECE are two very different branches for engineering. Second both these colleges are pretty good.
So you need to select what suits you best. Because its more about your interest and less about what is better. So better select the branch according to your interest because it will help you in future to reach heights in your career.
