If you are doing b.tech from any private college then there are very less chance to get campus selection.

You have to preparation for GATE and score good marks then you would get selected in PSUs and there are many companies who recruits on the basis of GATE score.

And if you have good knowledge then you can also go in company and join . Totally depends upon your knowledge.
