If you love science, you will have to make a decision to opt for PCM/PCB. If you are interested more in biology, go for PCB.
About NEET, it is the entrance exam for admission to MBBS/BDS and AYUSH courses. If you wish to pursue medical, then you should prepare for the NEET exam. But, primarily decide and know about your interests, skills and what you wish to become in future.
