With your general rank it will be quite tough for you to get CSE or ECE at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering, Kakinada as well as Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam.
You'll get other branches there.
But with your local area rank you will get bothe cse and ece at both the Colleges.
