sir I am studying LLB in that my college is affiliated to AICTE can this be recognised as a law practicing .?
Hello,
Sorry, replies to Whatsapp numbers are not entertained on this platform.
Further, please don't post your personal information like phone numbers on Q&A platforms given the concerns about sensitiveness of such info.
Coming to your question,
While you are studying LLB, you are just a law student. To practice law before any court, you must be a lawyer. To practice law, you must clear the examination conducted by BAR Council of India and should have a registration certificate issued for the same.
Affiliation to AICTE only means that your degree has more validity and is issued by a recognized university.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
and your reply is a is as good as my lecturer given me.
thanking you
