sir i didnot recieve my permanent registration ,i have inquired about in medical council as they are saying they already sent it to my postal address however i didn,t recieve that ,can i fill te form with provisional registration number

Dear Sashi, yes you can fill in the Provisional registration number. It is good until you receive your permanent registration number and certificate. As it has already been dispatched, you will have it quite before your Counselling and admission sessions and then you can submit your Permanent registration as the valid document. It will be absolutely fine and you will not face any issues.
