Then don't select those colleges while applying. There is no compulsion that you have to go for DEEMED UNIVERSITIES or CENTRAL UNIVERSITY in All India Quota counselling. If you have scored enough for Government colleges then you will get one of them. Your query should have been a little more elaborated so that I could have helped more.
