No the eligibility criteria for the NEET is PCB with 50% marks and no failure is allowed. you have to clear the subject first and then you will be eligible for the NEET entrance. Because untill you complete your class 12 the result will not be accepted in NEET counselling. So clear first your subject and then go for the NEET counselling.

You can appear for NEET exam only after you pass 12th grade,
To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English. The candidates belonging to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 or HSC examination.
Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required
