At your marks of 499 and having NT category from Maharastra, I would suggest you the possible cutoffs from the previous years of this state, as this cutoff is changing every year and this year going to be high enough.

now, for Terna medical college the cutoff was 419 for OBC category. So, you have a good chance in the college. now, the fee structure per year for OBC student is 4,03,318/- and 65,000 per year hostel fee with 15,000 refundable fee one time is needed.
