Sir, I got 144 out of 200 marks. Kindly tell me that I qualify for the N.T.S.E. stage 1 in Andhra Pradesh

Hello Yashwanth,

The qualifying cutoff of NTSE is 40% for general category students and 32% for SC/ST candidates which is to be scored separately in both MAT and SAT papers. The final selection for stage 2 depends on the cutoff released for NTSE Andhra Pradesh. Candidates can check the previous year trend from the link given below. It will vary greatly due to a change in exam pattern.

Last year cutoff for stage 1 was 133 marks .

This year MAT was bit easy so you have the changes of being selected.
