As you have not mentioned the name of programme, in which you do want to take admisson, it is really very difficult for any one to tell you that if you will be able to secure a seat for yourself. What I can tell you that please check the no. of seat available in the concerned course and reservation policy of instiute if there is no reservation and no. of available seats in programme is around 1k-1.2k then you have decent chance of getting a seat.
